Privacy Policy

The Clarity Snapshot is operated by Mostafa Khalil, sole proprietor, trading as builtbymostafaK© Creative Studio ("we," "us"), based in Egypt. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. We keep this deliberately minimal — the studio runs on trust.

What we collect

• Payment information — handled entirely by Paddle.com, our payment processor and merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Paddle shares with us only a transaction identifier and confirmation of payment.
• Your conversation — the words you type during a session are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate the Companion's responses. We do not store your conversation transcripts on our servers.
• Access record — we keep a short-lived record linking your payment's transaction identifier to a remaining-message count, so paid access works. This expires automatically (within about 24 hours) and contains no personal content.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site.

Who processes your data

• Paddle — payments, receipts, and tax.
• Anthropic — the AI that powers the conversation. Content sent to Anthropic's API is processed to generate responses and, under Anthropic's standard API terms, is not used to train their models.
• Upstash — stores the short-lived access record described above.
• Vercel — hosts the application.

How long we keep it

The access record expires automatically. We do not retain your conversation. Payment records are kept by Paddle according to their own policy and applicable law.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. By using the Service you consent to this processing as needed to deliver it.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what we hold or to raise a concern. Because we don't store your conversations and hold only a short-lived, non-personal access record, there is little personal data for us to access or delete — but we'll help with any request.

Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always posted here with the date above.
