If you complete a session and feel it genuinely did not help you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a full refund. No long forms, no interrogation.
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle, typically within a few business days once approved. You can request a refund either by emailing us or by using the link on your Paddle receipt.
If a technical fault prevented you from completing your session, whether the chat didn't load, the session ended early, or you were charged twice, contact us and we'll either restore your access or refund you promptly.
Because the value is delivered the moment you complete a session, we may decline repeated refund requests from the same person where the Service was fully used and no fault occurred. This keeps the promise honest for everyone.
