If you complete a session and feel it genuinely did not help you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a full refund. No long forms, no interrogation.
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle, typically within a few business days once approved. You can request a refund either by emailing us or by using the link on your Paddle receipt.
If a technical fault prevented you from completing your session — the chat didn't load, the session ended early, or you were charged twice — contact us and we'll either restore your access or refund you promptly.
Because the value is delivered the moment you complete a session, we may decline repeated refund requests from the same person where the Service was fully used and no fault occurred. This keeps the promise honest for everyone.
