These terms govern your use of The Clarity Snapshot (the "Service"), a digital tool operated by Mostafa Khalil, sole proprietor, trading as builtbymostafaK© Creative Studio ("the Studio," "we," "us"), based in Egypt. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Clarity Snapshot is a paid, AI-assisted guided conversation that helps you articulate the essence, story, and structure behind what you are building. It is delivered instantly online as a private chat session and produces a written "Snapshot" summarising your responses.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record and reseller of the Service. Paddle handles payment, receipts, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. The Service is offered on a pay-what-you-feel basis with a minimum amount; the amount you choose is the amount charged.
The Service supports reflection and clarity. It does not provide legal, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice, and nothing it produces should be relied upon as such. Responses are generated with the help of artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for how you use the output.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and for its intended purpose, not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it, and not to resell or share paid access. We may suspend access that appears abusive or fraudulent.
The written Snapshot generated from your own input is yours to use freely. The Service itself — including its method, prompts, design, name, and the builtbymostafaK© brand — remains the property of the Studio and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We treat what you share with care. Please see our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Studio's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here, with the date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
This Service is operated by Mostafa Khalil, sole proprietor, trading as builtbymostafaK© Creative Studio, Egypt. Payments are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the merchant of record.
